Guideline for Registration
- Participants are advised to register in advance (before September 9, 2010) to receive an early registration discount. Please read carefully the registration guidelines on the below.
- Basically, it is possible to singularly register for 13th only which is allocated for workshops and tutorials only. Full registration for the duration between 13th to 16th gives you the full access to everything, or you can just register for the duration of 14th-16th only.

- IEEE members (Students) are requested to submit their proof of member(student) ID/certificate verifies their status to the Secretariat by email or fax.
- Registration fees give the right to participate in the conference as follows

- Both Conference registration and Hotel reservation are available after sign up and you can complete your hotel fee when you check out.
Registration Process
- Please select one of the following processes.
1. Click Online Registration button on the website and use a fully secured e-commerce payment system. 2. Download a printable version of the registration form from the website and send it by
fax(+82-2-566-6087) or e-mail(ismar2010@people-x.com) it to the Secretariat.
- Method of payment
- Credit Card
: Visa, Master, JCB cards are accepted. Please clearly state credit card details.
- Bank Transfer
: A direct bank transfer should be made only to the account below.
Bank charges for remittance should be paid by registrants.
Also, a copy of the bank remittance should be sent by fax or email.

* All bank charges for remittance must be borne by the registrant. Please note that the fee must be transferred under the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- The Organizing Committee will refund the registration fee according to the following policy. Notification of cancellation must be received in writing to the Secretariat by e-mail or fax. Only cancellations made in writing are acceptable.
- All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrants.
- Refunds will be made after the symposium.
